Vasilis Andritsos has been working at Sunlight Group since September 2005. During his tenure, he has served in various positions at the industrial Sales division. For the past 10 years, Vasilis has been involved in the extensive business development plan aiming to render the company a key player in the global market. In October 2020, he was appointed head of the Defense department, which has evolved into the Sunlight Group subsidiary Advanced Batteries Technology (ABT), and promoted to Defense & Key Accounts Motive Power Director. In that capacity, he is responsible for part of Sunlight’s Global Motive Power and Defense Sector clientele, as well as the local sales teams of the company’s Italian and US subsidiaries. Most recently, Vasilis Andritsos has assumed the role of CEO and President of BoD for ABT. He holds a Chemical Engineering Degree from the National Technical University of Athens and has attended the Strategic Change Management program at the Kellogg School of Management and the Foundations for Business Leadership program at IMD.
Lampros Bisalas is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Sunlight Group. He also serves as Executive Director of the Sunlight Group Board of Directors and a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of ABT. Lampros has risen through the ranks at Sunlight, carrying extensive experience of the company and its business operations around the world. Since 2008, he has served in various financial, business transformation, sales and business development divisions – both in the parent company and its subsidiaries. Prior to being appointed CEO, he was Sunlight’s CCO, leading critical areas around sales, business development and product management. He played a key role in the accelerated development of innovative products in lithium technologies. Lampros Bisalas holds a BSc in Business Administration from Panteion University, (Greece) and an Executive MBA from IMD Business School (Switzerland). He has graduated from Harvard’s Business School (USA) Advanced Management Program, and has attended several Leadership, Pricing, Innovation, ESG and Strategy focused courses at IMD and Wharton (USA) Business Schools. Lampros has graduated, as well, from the Swiss Armed Forces Training Command for managing crisis and the communications involved.
Stamatis Kerasidis is the Submarine Batteries Sales Support Manager at Advanced Batteries Technology (ABT). He carries over 25 years of engineering experience in quality, testing, certification, contract management, and customer support. He started his career at Sunlight in 2002 as head of the electrical testing laboratory and specialized in technical support for industrial and submarine lead-acid batteries. Stamatis has assumed the management of the expanded Sales Support Department, covering both Pre-Sales and After-Sales needs. Prior to joining Sunlight, Stamatis Kerasidis worked as an industrial engineer in charge of technical studies, quality assurance, production IT solutions, and as head of quality control. He holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
